Homemade pizza dough - 1.5 c flour, 1 t sugar and 1/2 t salt in food processor. Add 1t yeast and mix. Slowly stream in 1T olive oil and warm water until dough forms ball. Place pizza stone on grill and preheat to 450 degrees. Once grill almost heated, roll out dough to roughly 1/4 inch on parchment paper. Smear dough w thin layer of Marcella Hazzan's tomato butter sauce or sauce of your choice. Add olives, marinated artichoke hearts and light sprinkling of low moisture mozzarella cheese or toppings of your choice. Place pizza with parchment paper underneath on heated pizza stone. Turn down heat slightly and bake for 4-5 mins with grill cover closed.
