Whole milk Greek yogurt
Blueberry chia compote
Add 1 bag frozen fruit (blueberries in this case) and juice of 1 orange to pot, bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from heat and add tablespoon or so of chia seeds. Let cool. Great with peanut butter and honey sandwiches. Or the above, yogurt and granola.
