Rice Pilaf

Cook 1/2 cup orzo in dry pan until golden; set aside. Sauté an onion in butter and olive oil, add garlic and 1 cup rice and cook for 5 minutes. Add three cups liquid (I used chicken broth and white wine), cover, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Fluff with fork and top with whatever herbs you've got.
