Got this recipe from a friend. Baby back ribs! Soak in apple juice over night. Rub with favorite dry rub. Wrap with foil and cook 3 hours at 200F. Take out and coat with BBQ sauce, recover, and put back in oven. After 2 hours, lightly coat with BBQ sauce and broil or grill over med flame for 15 minutes. Last step creates the crust! I like Blues Hog Original for the dry rub and sauce.
