Revived bread pudding, 3 ways, with ice cream and pumpkin bar crumble
Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bagel Pudding & Cinnamon Raisin Bourbon Bagel Pudding:
The other night when I made bread pudding (a couple posts back), I had way more cinnamon raisin bagel cubes than I needed, so I made a second batch with 1 oz bourbon and a glug of maple syrup replacing the mashed banana.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Pudding:
I also had a bit of chocolate oat cake with peanut butter frosting in the freezer, that I crumbled with a spoonful of pb2 and poured a mixture of almond milk and egg over.
Pumpkin Bar Crumbs:
Had some pumpkin bars in the freezer that I crumbled into a dish and baked until toasted.
Here, I reheated them all mixed together in a skillet with coconut oil, a splash of almond milk and pinch of salt. Topped with banana ice cream from a few posts back and fudge tracks ice cream.
