Bought a rotisserie chicken at the market. Sauté sliced leeks and mushrooms in butter and olive oil until soft with salt and pepper. Wash some mache greens and whisk a half spoon of Dijon mustard, half a lemon squeezed, salt, pepper, a half spoon of tahini, a half spoon of honey, and a few tablespoons of olive oil together. Pour over greens. Serve with good wine ! #cookinginburgundy
