Sauté up some ginger, garlic, onion, red cabbage, peas and carrots, and black sesame seeds (I also threw in leftover root veggies). Add in some tamari and a dash of chicken or veggie stock. Boil the soba noodles until tender, drain, rinse and toss into the veggies. Sprinkle the finished product with some cilantro, more sesame seeds, and like juice.
