Cut corn tortillas into chips by slicing each tortilla into 8 pieces.
Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet and stick in a 400 degree F oven for about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them, they'll turn brown very quickly.
Toppings included: diced tomatoes, sliced pickles, lettuce, and radish.
Underneath all of that is some pork butt I braised for 6 hours in the oven, and of course, plenty of cheese!
