I like to call this "power salad". Green lentils, blanched green beans, sautéed asparagus, roasted red baby potatoes, spinach, arugula, sliced radish, kalamata olives, hard boiled egg, a chunk of blue cheese, a spoonful of ramp pesto, and cast iron pan seared rib-eye. The asparagus works best if you quickly sauté (drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper) it in the cast iron while the steak is resting.
