Sous Vide Steak!
Vacuum pack your favorite steak with onion and garlic powders and salt and Pepper.
Cook Sous Vide for 48 hours at 57ºC.
When ready to eat, crisp up the exterior of the steak in a frypan along with any other aromatics you desire and finish with a knob of butter.
Plate with your favorite side dish or Pecorino Potatoes as I have done here!
If you like a more rare steak, then reduce the Sous Vide Temperature a bit.
