Pasta with chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 chopped clove of garlic, 1 minced shallot, Aleppo pepper, dried oregano and good fruity olive oil. Let tomatoes sit 1 hour to develop flavor. Roast asparagus, chop basil. Toss together with cooked pasta and touch of pasta water. Stir in crumbled feta cheese. Add pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Dinner! Kid approved.
