Provençal Vegetable Tian: thinly sliced eggplants, zucchini and bell peppers lined up atop a layer of softly cooked onions, scattered spoonfuls of a quick tomato sauce and a few dashes of Comte. Baked 400 for 15 minutes than 350 for remaining 30. Sometimes I add sautéed spinach or chard to the foundation later. #glutenfree #vegetarian
