20 min mashed yams - boil until soft (10-15mins) then mash with hand mixer. I added unsweetened almond milk and a tablespoon of stevia brown sugar.
Baked tilapia (from Aldi's -- my fav brand!) @ 400 for 8-10 mins. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt and a red pepper flakes.
Frozen bag steamed green beans.
