A very genius breakfast made by our editor Ali Slagle: grate an unpeeled potato into a hot pan with some melted, sizzling butter, being careful not to crowd the pan. (Give the potato shreds some room to breathe!) Salt it, then once the snowflake starts to bind together a bit--about a minute or two--flip it. Cook a minute more, then serve optionally with eggs, definitely with ☕️.
