honey and rose madelines with rose glaze and gold sugar crystals

melt 7 tablespoons butter. Add a dollop of honey and a few dashes of rose water. Whisk two eggs and 1/2 cup sugar, add butter mixture in. Mix in 3/4 cup flour and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder. Bake 320 degrees F for about 10-15 min. For the glaze, start with about a cup of powdered sugar and add rose water in small dashes until you reach desired consistency. Allow madelines to cool, dip in glaze, and sprinkle with sugar crystals.
