Thank you, it was! ? I believe simple is best, so I actually don't add much to either. For the quinoa and the lentils, I cook them in vegetable broth instead of water. Then, when the lentils are about 10mins away from being ready, I taste to see if more salt is needed and add to taste. The sweet potatoes I bake after dressing them in a bit of olive oil and salt, and sprinkle some paprika on top. Enjoy!!
