Easy Weeknight Duck and Shrimp XO Sauced Noodles:
While water boils for noodles, stir fry in this order:
Shrimp (take out of pan); julienned carrots and diced broccoli stems; then broccoli florets and sliced scallions; then, duck from confit (Clark's Easy Duck Confit from freezer #aCookOnceEatTwice and snap peas; stir together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and a splash of water. Put "fresh from the freezer" Chinese noodles into boiling water. Add mixed sauces to skillet with 2 heaping tablespoons XO sauce (from freezer - GrubStreet.com inspired). Stir fry; then add a few spoonfuls of water. Drop the cooked noodles into the skillet with basil chiffonade; toss; cover one minute. Squeeze on the juice of a lime; toss; serve. Dinner!
