Easy vegan banana loaf. Mash 4 bananas till lump free and add half a cup of brown granulated sugar. Add half cup vegetable oil and a few drops vanilla extract. Then sieve 1.5 cups whole wheat flour directly in the bowl with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda. Fold gently until mixed evenly. Pour in loaf pan brushed with butter. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until fork in the middle comes clean.
