Leftover savory veggie pulp muffins! Salad, avocado and spicy cabbage.

For veggie pulp muffins:
Approx 3-4 cups veggie pulp from juicing
1 clove of garlic
2 eggs
1 cup spelt flour
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 Rosemary

Mix all, spoon into muffin tin, bake at 200C for around 30 minutes
