A riff on the lychee salad from Rose's Luxury, but you know, without lychees. Mango, bell pepper, grapes, cucumber, mint/basil/cilantro, salted peanuts. Sauce is theirs: reduce a can of coconut milk by half, add T of champagne vinegar and t of sugar.
