(Not very photogenic) Apple overnight oats

1/4 cup quinoa (I had some leftovers)
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 chopped apple
Almond milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Stir in the morning and top with hemp hearts or chopped nuts
