Sautee onions, garlic, Genoa salami, raisins, and hot pepper. Toast tomato paste. Add water in two 1/2 cup increments and reduce until nearly dry.
Boil pasta, broccoli florets, broccoli stems, and broccoli rabe. Once finished, toss everything with 1/2 cup pasta water and toasted pine nuts.
I garnished with cotija cheese.
