Quick-tasty-perfect pickles. Boil red wine vinegar with some salt, sugar, yellow mustard seeds and a bit of water. Add sliced carrots and boil for a couple minutes before removing from the stove and pouring over some spring onions. Keep pickles in the fridge in the vinegar for up to a week and pull out carrots and onions whenever you're looking to add a little kick to your snack!
