Preheat oven to 350. Crush 1.5 sleeves of saltines and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press into 8 or 9 inch pie pan; chill for 15 minutes, then par-bake for 15 minutes at 350. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in bowl. Pour into par-baked crust and bake at 350 for 16 minutes. Cool, and then chill completely before serving. Top with whipped cream.
