Boring as hell picture I know but I have always said if I am going to roast one chicken I may as well roast two. As time has passed I now know if I am going to make one meatloaf I may as well freeze another, one pot roast I may as well shred another, etc, etc. I prep two days a week for family meals–on Sunday and Wednesday. Like today, I started a 48hour pizza dough that will be ready for Friday pizza. It is a farro and tipo"00" flour dough but I want it to develop flavor a that a quick dough can't. #prep #baking #dinner #freezermeals #taconight #thinkahead
