Lamb tacos for dinner. We braised lamb shoulders in a slow cooker (seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh garlic, Rosemary and a little chicken broth). They were falling off the bone and had such amazing flavor and texture. Sauteed a little kale, red onion and mushroom seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne for some heat. I didn't take the pic with the salsa on, but we topped with fresh homemade salsa which really brought it all together. It was amazing!

Hi Connie! I set the crock pot for 10 hours because I've never slow cooked these before - I figured if it was super low and slow (and I was at work to avoid micro-managing) it would have to taste ok with rosemary involved. Good gamble. It could have gone 8 or 6 hours and been fine I'm sure.
