Lamb tacos for dinner. We braised lamb shoulders in a slow cooker (seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh garlic, Rosemary and a little chicken broth). They were falling off the bone and had such amazing flavor and texture. Sauteed a little kale, red onion and mushroom seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne for some heat. I didn't take the pic with the salsa on, but we topped with fresh homemade salsa which really brought it all together. It was amazing!
