Polenta "gnocchi:"

Cook and cool polenta, slice into squares, drizzle with olive oil, broil till brown. Cook down a big can of roasted tomatoes with a teaspoon of harissa for the sauce. Sauté some shiitakes and ramp tops. To serve, spoon sauce into bowls, top with veg, nestle polenta squares into sauce alongside veg, and top everything with a crispy fried egg and some Parmesan cheese.
