Kimchi + pork + tofu = ?. Marissa Christy sautéed 4 ounces ground pork til brown and then tossed in sliced green onions, sliced shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, and a cup of kimchi (with its juices!). A few cups of stock and a tablespoon or so of gojuchang (Korean hot pepper paste)later, bring the whole thing to a simmer and stir in some cubed soft tofu. Soft-boiled eggs -- you'd be welcome to the party, too. #korean #spicy
