I made this for breakfast today. Added Spanish toast - EVOO on bread and rub with garlic clove and cut tomato. Excellent!

Yes... I did that. But if you want then to open like little flowers then fry them separately in really hot oil

How do you crisp the capers? Just toss them in the pan with the eggs?
