Fry peppers in olive oil until they soften and colour. And the end of the cooking add a clove of chopped garlic, a little salt and pepper and cook the garlic for a minute. Drizzle with some balsamic glaze and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with feta and basil pesto.
