Pastrami Hash Browns
1/4 onion sliced thin
1/2 package hash browns
1/4 lb. sliced deli pastrami
Mix hash browns and onion and cook according to instructions.
Meanwhile, slice pastrami into thin strips.
Once hash browns are done, place to the side and add in pastrami. Sauté until warmed through and slightly toasted.
Bring hash browns back to pan and incorporate until well combined.
Serve with fried egg and sourdough.
