I discovered citrusy sweet duck tonight. Heat a skillet on the hob (med-high). Cut slits into the fat of the duck breast and season with salt and pepper. Pan sear for a few minutes the breast fatty side down and chop some aromatics. I used cuties oranges, brown onion, 4 cloves of garlic whole, thyme, and bay leaf x 2. In an oven safe dish prepare individual beds to rest the duck breasts on top. I drizzled with cranberry sauce last minute and was pleased with it. Finish off cooking in a 200c oven (top rack) for 25 minutes.
