Easy Weeknight Pizza: ?I bought this gluten-free corn crust from my local super market. I made the tomato sauce - using crushed whole tomatoes, some shallots, garlic, and oregano (dried or fresh will work). Once the tomato sauce was on - I baked the pizza for about 15-20 minutes. I like it crispy. Once it was done baking, I added fresh greens like spinach and arugula, and a small bit of fresh goat cheese. ?
