Bake spaghetti squash at 400, sauté red cabbage garlic and onions with cumin salt and pepper, add lemon juice followed by a touch of balsamic until reduction. When the spaghetti squash is almost done baking flip over and crack an egg in the middle, continue to bake until the egg is cooked. Mix through!

No, just cut in half drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper and bake face down. Maybe like 20-25 minutes because mine was smaller. Then flip over, crack the egg inside, bake until the white is cooked through, and then when you take it out shred the squash that has the egg inside with a fork. Then mix that with the red cabbage glaze!
