Super moist carob cake
Dry ingredients:
1 cup whole spelt flour
1 cup kamut flour
3/4 cup carob flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 cup muscovado sugar + 1 tbsp to sprinkle on top
Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup creme fraîche
1/2 cup milk

Oven at 350°F
Bake for 50 minutes approximately
