Seared swordfish with capers over shredded cabbage, fennel and carrots. Add diced red pepper, red onion and white cannellini beans. Dress with a vinaigrette with lots of garlic and anchovies. Best to sear swordfish in olive oil on both sides and finish in a 450 oven for 5 to 8 minutes!!
