Fresh baba ghannouj. 2 eggplants, pierced and roasted until soft. Skin eggplant once cooled, salt and let sweat. Purée with garlic, salt, and equal parts tahini and lemon juice (approx. 1/4c). Top with pomegranate molasses. #dips
