There's nothing more colorful, delicious, and healthy than an acai bowl to start the day! I swapped out the banana for avocado, and topped with my favorite healthy eats - shredded coconut, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, and slivered almonds.
Acai bowl - 2 pouches frozen acai, 1/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Califia is the best!!), 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1/2 avocado. Blend together until acai is broken up but not yet soupy.
