I riffed on my brown butter granola recipe on Food52. Combine 3 cups of oats with 1 cup each of pistachios, pepitas, and walnuts, plus 3/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1 teaspoon sumac. Brown 2/3 of a stick of unsalted butter, then whisk in a 1/4 cup of tahini, 1/2 cup honey, and 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses. Stir together with oat mixture, spread in an even layer on sheet pan, and bake at 300 degrees F for about 40 minutes, or until dark golden and just shy of burnt for best flavor. #brownbutter #tahini #granola
