Rhubarb dressing~ into a small saucepan heat 1 T oil sauté 1 T chopped shallot, add 1 c chopped rhubarb cook until rhubarb softens about 3 mins. Then add 1/3 rd c white balsamic and simmer an additional 4 minutes. Strain thru a sieve, put in food processor, add 2 T honey, slowly add 1 1/2 c veg. Oil while processing. Top salad or grilled asparagus. Wildly adapted from Claire Robinson

What do you put in the processor, just the liquids after straining? This sounds tasty!

Yes, just the liquids. My taste preference is on the tart side, so you may want to add more honey too. Enjoy!
