My first avocado (no)recipe and my Saturday lunch! Halve an avocado, remove pit, score with a knife. Add a splash of olive oil and a twist of salt from the grinder. Top with fermented vegetables (daikon, sweet potato, Napa cabbage and ginger) and some of the juice. Garnish with fresh dill, cilantro and cracked pepper and a market radish.
