A dreary Saturday calls for something warm. Italian chicken chili. Brown one diced sweet onion with garlic. Then add chopped chicken breasts and brown. Stir in 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes, 4 cups chicken broth, 1/2 cup balsamic and cubed butternut squash or sweet potato. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, one bay leaf, dried basil, thyme and chili powder. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1-2 hours. During the last half an hour stir in white beans and broccoli rabe. Serve with crusty white bread and Parmesan. #norecipe #chili
