I won't lie to anyone. My husband and I had 3 cocktails and made the promise at week's end to use the fridge, whatever is left, for pizza. So we sat through half-priced happy hour apps with friends and then went home to make: Yukon potato, kale, fresh tomato, yellow onion, turkey bacon, parm, mozzarella (usually to give the puppy treats when/if he takes his medicine), and the pantry pizza sauce (we have 4 jars) Pizza. I brushed the potatoes with the compound butter I made earlier in the week. So Saturday night with our puppy and recorded television until 10 when I fall asleep on the couch...got better.
