Clams 'in potacchio'... Steam clams in a drizzle of olive oil, few cloves smashed garlic, white wine. Set aside in bowl as they open. Strain liquid. Heat drizzle olive oil, more garlic, reserved liquid, cup of white wine. Add 1 tsp tomato paste, few sprigs rosemary, pepper. Simmer. Add clams in. Simmer until warmed. Serve with plenty of toasted bread and crisp vino! Buon appetito!
