Pineapple & raspberry Dutch baby.
Preheat oven to 400 with empty cast iron skillet inside. Allow pan to heat up for at least 20 minutes.
3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1/8 teas. Salt
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in hot cast iron and pour in batter. Top with sautéed or fresh fruit or jam. Bake for 20 minutes.
