Ghee and miso glazed radishes- quarter a bunch of radishes and throw in a sauce pan with a tablespoon of ghee (or butter in a pinch) and two fat tablespoons of white miso. Pour in enough water to just cover the radishes, adding a dash of white pepper (optional) and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally until the water is mostly evaporated, leaving a thick, salty pink glaze. Top with minced chives and sesame seeds.
