Cauliflower tots! Blanch half a head of cauliflower. Pulse in a food processor or finely chop. Mix with an egg, red pepper, zataar, preserved lemon, cumin, bread crumbs and feta. Form into tots and bake for 20 minutes at 400. Get a nice crispy brown top by broiling for the last few minutes. Serve with harissa Greek yogurt.

I don't see why not! Depending on your preference for taste you may increase the cook time. You could also toast the grated cauliflower in a sauté pan for a few minutes. Give it a shot!
