Preheat oven to 350.
Combine 1 can of chickpeas and 1 can of artichoke hearts in an oven safe bowl.
Add chili powder, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and salt and mix well.
Squeeze a couple slices of lemon to your liking and start mashing! I used a spoon and a masher to get it to a dip-y consistency.
Use three types of whatever crumbly and/or shredded cheese you have and add them! I used mozzarella, parmesan, and goat cheese. Mix that in, then sprinkle a thin layer of some of the cheeses on top.
Put in oven for 10 minutes, and you're all set!
