A refreshing May Day meal
Boil and blanch asparagus
While the asparagus is cooking, fry thick-sliced bacon
Sauté a sliced shallot in bacon grease
Add lemon juice
Garlic salt
Feta cheese
Grape tomatoes
Olive oil
Mix it all together and serve cold!
