Bacon Shrimp Lobster Penne Pasta

Boil 2 lobster tails 4-5 minutes. While boiling, begin cooking 1 lb thick cut bacon cut into 1 inch pieces. Remove Lobster to cool. Using Lobster water cook penne. Remove bacon once crispy. Add 4 cloves chopped garlic to bacon grease and cook until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Add one 14oz can diced tomatoes (and juices), 1/2 cup clam juice, 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup basil, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil and scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Add handful of raw cleaned shrimp to sauce, cook 3 minutes. Add chopped lobster out of shell and bacon back to sauce. Cook on low until slightly thickened. Drain pasta and place in bowl, top with sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup basil and parm. #mygoodness #Giada
